Properties Strong /
Lightweight / quick and easy
Takes vehicles up to 7½ tonnes per axle. Supports 100 tonnes static evenly
distributed load. Up to 50% lighter than aluminium systems. No soil or water
infiltration. Up to 400 linear metres 3m wide in 12 m (40 foot) container.
Rolls into position. Ramps and fixing plates for maximum stability.

Material Specially formulated high-density polyethylene. 100%
recyclable. Thermo-plastic elastomer anti-slip strips. Size Standard
plate (17 links plus one loose link) 3m wide x 2.25m long x 0.04m high.
UV stabilisation 10 years @ 80 kiloangleys (Northern Europe typical.)
Weight A standard 18 link plate wieghs approximately 98 kg. One square
metre weighs approximately 15.9kg.
Load Factor Evenly
distributed can support 100,000kg/m2 of static weight. Fire rating
Tested to BS4790; 1987, BS6307:1982, and BS476 part 13 in August 1999.
Storage Can be stored in rolls or flat sections. If outside a tarpaulin
cover is recommended. Cleaning Can be mechanically swept, hand or
pressure washed. Standard cleaning fluids can be used.
